Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years building backend systems (as a developer, architect, or tech lead)
  • Experience with AI-based coding agents (Cursor, ClaudeCode, etc..)
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Great communication skills - you can explain complex ideas clearly
  • A curious, research-oriented mindset

Bonus points:

  • Experience building AI/LLM-powered products
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure
