Komodor is building the AI SRE platform for cloud-native engineering teams. Our AI agent, Klaudia, autonomously investigates incidents and remediates failures across Kubernetes and the full cloud-native stack. Core mission
We're looking for a technical Product Manager to join Komodor's AI product team and own the roadmap for Klaudia - our autonomous AI SRE agent. You'll work directly with customers, solution architects and R&D leads to define how Klaudia senses, investigates, decides, acts, and validates across availability issues and reliability risks. It's a role for someone who can translate complex AI/infra tradeoffs into a sharp product strategy.
What you will do
- Work on the product roadmap execution, aligned with Komodor's mission and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive Komodor’s AI to success
- Conduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrations
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers
- Define KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with a proven background as a Software Engineer / Developer prior to transitioning into product management.
- Significant hands-on software development experience, ideally within cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, or AI-driven solutions.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to approach challenges strategically and identify impactful solutions.
- You know to operate independently, move quickly, and keep work organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive product success.
