Who are we? 

Komodor is building the AI SRE platform for cloud-native engineering teams. Our AI agent, Klaudia, autonomously investigates incidents and remediates failures across Kubernetes and the full cloud-native stack. We're not just helping engineers manage infrastructure and optimize costs; we're replacing the toil that slows them down with an AI that acts, learns, and improves over time. With $67M in funding and deep roots in Kubernetes operations, we're now leading the shift toward truly autonomous infrastructure.

Core mission

We're looking for a technical Product Manager to join Komodor's AI product team and own the roadmap for Klaudia - our autonomous AI SRE agent. You'll work directly with customers, solution architects and R&D leads to define how Klaudia senses, investigates, decides, acts, and validates across availability issues and reliability risks. It's a role for someone who can translate complex AI/infra tradeoffs into a sharp product strategy.

What you will do

  • Work on the product roadmap execution, aligned with Komodor's mission and customer needs


  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive Komodor’s AI to success
  • Conduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrations
  • Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Define KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations

Requirements

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within AI-driven solutions or services.
  • Strong technical foundation, with understanding in Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, or similar platforms being highly advantageous.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to approach challenges strategically and identify impactful solutions.
  • You know to operate independently, move quickly, and keep work organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive product success.
